It's April and it's still -20 at night here in the mountains. It's getting a bit much. What better way to solve cabin fever than to try and write a new song every other day that I am home here in snowy Wells. One day to conceptualize it and write words, another day to fill in the hooks and melodies. So here's my Song For A Never Ending Winter, it's one day old and the first viewer here will be the first to have ever heard/seen it.

It feels like winter will never end this time around, it's April and there's been no sign of spring here. Easter feast was alone and my birthday probably will be too...so I'm ready for spring. I'm ready to see people and life return to the Cariboo Mountains. I'm ready for tourism to return to the mountains..............I can't believe I said that.

I've not been a productive writer in a long time...but I hope this youtube channel inspires me to change that a little. At least I have somewhere to put a new song. When you have so many songs, it can be hard to find the energy to write more when you have so many of your old ones you haven't really learned or used yet.
