[JP] DFFOO: To End A Cycle #4 (Divine Ifrit Lufenia+ ft. Two Guardians)
Been wanting to run both Noel and Caius, and while Ifrit does have the lowest reductions out of any other Lufenia+, these two performed pretty nicely.
Caius BT Effect + Bahamut gives about 28k bravery per break. Noel has a passive that increases the break bonus if he inflicts a break, so if Noel breaks that will grant the party about a free 31k bravery lmao
Ifrit does an automatic Hellfire at 89%, 69%, 49%, 29%, and 9%. Hellfire this time is an AoE Insta-break + 2 turn delay. This is the hardest part of the fight. Snow’s defensive auras in addition to Caius’s doom debuff made these thresholds very safe.
Ifrit will periodically buff himself with HP Regen, and inflict fire imperil on your party.
While Ifrit has his orb active, “Scorch” aura will be inflicted. This will lower your party’s Max HP, Max Brv, and iBrv. This will also lock Ifrit’s turn and make him immune to all forms of delay.
If Ifrit has exactly 4 debuffs inflicted, your party’s Max HP, Max Brv, and iBrv will return to normal. Any more or less will reactivate the scorch aura.
If Ifrit reaches 35 on his orb, his orb will go away and the fireball will activate its orb. There’s been runs where the fireball’s orb immediately goes away upon activating, and thus reactivating Ifrit’s orb. I’m not entirely sure what causes this.
Ifrit’s Orb
[Increase Condition] Count increases by 1 when rebreaking
[Increase Condition] Count increases by 2 when dealing a followup attack with wind element
[Increase Condition] Count increases by 3 when Ifrit acts
Fireball orb
[Increase Condition] Count increases by 1 when fireball acts
Both orb attacks are survivable. The fireball count ability is just a basic AoE HP Attack and will reduce all debuffs on Ifrit by 4 turns. Ifrit’s count ability is also an AoE HP Attack, but will also inflict a myriad of framed debuffs on your party.
