Britney Spears' temporary conservator, Jodi Montgomery, said that in light of the pop singer's recent courtroom testimony she plans to present a care plan to the court that will outline a path to end the conservatorship.
Montgomery, who is in control of Spears' personal care and medical treatments, made the statement after a judge on Wednesday denied Spears' request to have her dad removed as her conservator.
