The Stirling Octavio plane, which is shown in the Prima strategy guide as a "Rare" plane, as well as in promotional materials leading up to the game's release, was seemingly cut right before release, and therefore exists in all releases. This mod lets you press L1 then select the Agency Gyrocopter to drop an Octavio instead - the option will revert back to the Gyrocopter again.
You can do this manually on every other release by modifying vehicle archive text strings in memory, usually the first ones in a search for them. For instance, try replacing the first instance of "LAVE_011_Motorbike.ee" with "ARVE_014_Civilian_Plane.ee", drop the Agency Dirt Bike, then undo the change you just did. Make sure to undo it in memory view to restore the path you partially overwrote, or else dropping the next vehicle in line will cause issues.
