Thievius Raccoonus in Real Life Simulator
This game is called Free Running, a homage to the extreme sport of the same name. This is a modified version of the PS2 release with a widescreen patch, a framerate uncap patch, and several ugly post-processing effects disabled.
This is far better than the semi-recent PC rerelease which has tons of content removed and is very much graphically downgraded, plus it's locked to 30 FPS.
Also, as a word of caution, Audio Track 18 in this game's music player will get uploaded gameplay of this game blocked worldwide if even just two seconds of it play. Thankfully you can create a custom playlist feature and toggle any unlocked music, so make sure it's unlocked before you upload any gameplay or even stream this game. As for the other music tracks, it seems that only the ones by Martin Iveson are copyright-free. I uploaded a whole minute of every song to YouTube, and only two got hit - Audio Track 4 and Audio Track 18. However, this video contains two copyright claims I didn't get before, so it's best to limit the custom playlist to songs by Martin Iveson.
