Justin Bieber and Usher's Super Bowl controversies exposed
Justin Bieber, who is married to Hailey Bieber, apparently had no intention of joining Usher at the Super Bowl.
Earlier, rapper Lil Jon told TMZ that the Stay hitmaker did not take the stage because he "wasn't really ready."
Spilling the beans on the possible reason Justin turned down Usher's invitation, the 57-year-old artist claimed, "We wanted to put Justin in the performance, so we had the idea of performing a version of the concert with Justin in it. But I think Justin wasn't really prepared."
According to a source close to Hailey Bieber and her husband, "Justin not only told Usher he wasn't interested in doing the Super Bowl, but he also said he doesn't want to do much of anything when it comes to performing."
The source went on to say, "He has had his issues in the past with touring, whether it was his health or mental health that made him cancel tour stops," according to the source, "but he just has lost interest in going on a major world tour."
Wrapping up the talk, the insider mentioned the 'introverted' character of the Peaches hitmaker, saying, "He's with Hailey doing his thing, and maybe recording some music, but he is a bit of a homebody," before exiting the conversation.
