Ken's wife and daughters share some of their secret Aussie recipes in this two-part cooking show. Part 2 includes an Aussie caramel tart and no bake cheese cake. Learning and fun for the whole family!

AUSSIE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE RECIPE

8 oz packet cream cheese at room temperature
1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
I teaspoon vanilla

Beat cream cheese until smooth
Add sweetened condensed milk and blend well
Add lemon juice and vanilla
Stir until thickened
Pour into crust and chill in fridge

Add whipped cream and fruit as desired.


AUSSIE CARAMEL TART RECIPE

Take label off of the sweetened condensed milk can (use cans without the pull-tab)
Boil can for 2 hours and 15 minutes
Make sure the pan does not boil dry and that can is covered with water
Cool can before opening and spread into a pie crust
Top with whipped cream
