Kendo Rage Game Sample - SNES/SFC

This is a relatively fun (slightly above average) and very quirky game that is often forgotten amongst the ranks of other SNES games. Playing as Jo (Josephine) and being guided by Osaki (Bob), you'll have to make it to school on time while fighting robots, evil spirits and more! The whole shady business of Osaki and his numerous car references (Hiundai/Hyundai, Farratti/Ferrari, Moto/Motocross, Mitsubushi/Mitsubishi, etc.) adds to the humor.
The game is known as Makeruna Makendo in Japan and came with omake material. Jo fights with what looks like a typical Japanese Bamboo sword, Shinai, which is typically used with Japanese sword-fighting reminiscent to fencing (Kendo), until she transforms. At that point, it is wrapped in gold and made more powerful. She can collect orbs that give her different special attacks that are really tailored for fighting certain bosses. Enjoy.
