1. Orbit Kerbin at 150km.
2. Wait until correct Minmus phase angle.
3. Burn until 46.4Mm apoapsis. (Minmus orbit altitude)
4. Wait until ascending node.
5. Course adjust retrograde/antinormal to proper inclination for encounter at 45km/7° inclination.
6. Reach encounter and circularize at periapsis.
7. Wait until equatorial south-to-north shift to correct inclination.
8. Lower orbit to around 10km.
9. Coast to top of target location.
10. Kill horizontal velocity.
11. Adjust landing spot with RCS lateral translation movement.
12. Hover at 100m~200m for final lateral adjustment.
13. Land.
