This is video #078 in my Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days playthrough. On Day 149, take note of what Xaldin says about an Organization impostor surfacing. On Mission 42, Roxas heads to a new world, the wonderfully spooky Halloween Town, to collect hearts.

As the scene opens on Halloween Town, it appears that Jack Skellington is planning something grandiose yet again. I can hardly wait to see what trouble he causes this time.

Roxas arrives in the Halloween Town Entrance. A Cure Recipe and the Ordeal Badge can be found here. There are a couple of new enemies in this area: Creepworms and a Skater Bomb. The Creepworms are fast, but they have just a small amount of HP. The Skater Bombs are similar to Minute Bombs, except that their explosion is an ice attack that can freeze Roxas. About the best way to deal with it is to block its lunge so that it will start counting down. Clear the area before it explodes.

The next area is called Halloween Town Square in this game. There are several Creepworms and Skater Bombs around here. Also, a Blizzard Recipe can be found in the north of this area.

To the northeast is the Graveyard, where Roxas will find the nastiest enemies in this mission: five Hover Ghosts. Its worst ability is its possession attack. It can possess Roxas and drain a great deal of health. The only way to get it off is to mash buttons madly. It also has a vanishing attack that is pretty annoying. At this stage, the fastest way is to ignite one of the pumpkin bombs in the area and lure the Hover Ghosts into the blast zone. Once these enemies are dead, a Gust Shard can be collected from the chest, and the Unity Badge can be snagged high in the air near the southern exit if the Air Slide is equipped.

Roxas is just about to RTC when--boom!--he makes the acquaintance of Halloween Town's urchins: Lock, Shock, and Barrel. After Roxas has departed, Jack happens on the scene and notices the dark portal disappearing. Next, there is a brief scene with Lock, Shock, and Barrel in the Graveyard. Just what is it that Barrel has found there?

Then, Roxas meets up with Axel at the clock tower in Twilight Town. Looks like Axel is back. However, Xion seems not to have done too well on her mission. Looks like she ran afoul of the impostor that Xaldin was talking about earlier. The impostor seems to have left her with some troubling words.

Afterwards, Roxas gets his just rewards for completing this mission. The LV Doubler (6) panel allows you to link in five Level Up panels. Also, the Sliding Dash panel is pretty useful.

On the morning of Day 150: "Fear," we are treated to a second cutscene with Xion and the impostor. Hm... He looks pretty familiar... Too bad we can't hear what they're saying.

Finally, Roxas happens on a scene between Xion and the taskmaster. It seems Saïx is not pleased with her failure. In her defense, though, I doubt she is strong enough to face that particular impostor.
