When the fight starts summon Tinker Bell immediately. You should be able to take out the 2 orbs after 3 spin attacks, then get it to around 2.5 bars of HP. You also need to keep track of its HP and make sure you don't overdamage it when its down. If you do too much damage to it while it's down for the 1st time, it will start 2nd phase early after 2 head attacks instead of 3.

When Kurt Zisa starts his 2nd phase with his magic shield, use 5-6 Graviras and spam Thundara. If enough Graviras hit him before you spam Thundara, you should only need to rely on Goofy to give you MP Gift once. so that you can quickly get through 2nd phase. If Goofy doesn't give you 1 MP Gift or Aladdin's Ether, then use a Elixir. When you can damage it again, get it to a bit above 1.5 bars of HP by the end of its first attack, then attack it as much as you can before 3rd phase to the point where its below a full bar of HP. Make sure you guard the head at the end of the attack. If Kurt Zisa is not below a full bar of HP, then it will most likely be a 4-Cycle fight, which wastes a lot of time.

In 3rd phase, it's random when he will use its DM, but it will waste around 13 seconds if he uses it. I would say only using its DM twice is really good while using it 3 times is average. You also need to be careful as it attacks faster.
