Using Bambi, Genie, and Simba are pretty much preference in what order you use them, but you only want to use those summons so that you can still use magic and attack.

Unknown can start with Teleport + Attack, Teleport + Guard & Attack, or Orbs. The best attack you want him to start out with is Orbs since you can dodge roll to the left and immediately use a summon. I always use Bambi first since Bambi drops MP orbs, but might be better to use Bambi as the 2nd summon after his DM.

Use Graviga on Unknown when you're able to and use a full aerial combo to start the loop. After the aerial combo, jump back, use Graviga while in the air, jump towards him over the orbs, 2 hits, full aerial combo, and repeat until he uses his DM.

If Unkown doesn't get stunned by Graviga at the beginning of 2nd phase, then use a Graviga at the end of his long combo attack. When your 1st summon disappears if Donald and Goofy fucks up the loop, use a Graviga like you normally do, wait for the orb to disappear, then full aerial combo.

When he uses his DM, avoid the lasers from it, then use a Megalixir only if a party member dies or not enough MP and use your 2nd summon near the end of his DM.

Dodge the red lasers afterwards and try to get a aerial combo on him at the end of his 1st long combo attack. If you're not able to do that, then use Graviga at the end of his 2nd long combo attack to get him back in the loop.
