Commantis is probably one of the harder story bosses in this game, his discs just suck and he loves murdering your spirits with the disc spam in his standing mode. When he's in his circling mode he just spams discs and you cant really hit him with much, in his standing mode the disc spam is super dangerous, but it and his jump attack are the best opennings so when hes in his standing mode is when you need to deal damage. Dont revive your spirits until he staggers or goes into the part where you need to reality shift on him. Trying to revive spirits while hes active is suicide.
