7Ars Solum is, for some reason, obtainable as soon as you get Thunder. It's a rare fusion of Thunder + Sliding Dash.
Having a Command so powerful this early in the game is a boon, to say the least. It benefits heavily from the damage floor, since it hits so many times.
I tried this fight a number of times before acquiring Ars Solum. Unfortunately, opportunities for Terra to damage this boss without moving are few and far between, and his "hallway" attack cannot be reliably avoided without the Aqua D-Link. There *is* a strategy that exploits a bug with collision detection, allowing you to drain the Magic Mirror's health from full with a combination of Mines and the Aqua D-Link Finisher, but I couldn't manage it.
When the boss charges you, the only way to avoid damage is to use Counter Hammer or be otherwise invincible (finishers etc).
Attempts: ~20 (2, once I had Ars Solum)
Difficulty: 8 (2 with Ars Solum)

Q: What are the rules for this run?
A:
* The left stick may not be used for any reason during boss fights
* No more than 1 Cure in my Command Deck at a time
* No more than 1 Surge in my Command Deck at a time unless a fight is quite literally impossible otherwise (see: Mysterious Figure)
Q: It's the same as the Aqua one, then. Why isn't it called No Movement?
A: I'm not calling it "No Movement" because Air Slide is allowed (and quite necessary later). Air Slide is more of a "movement" than a Command (unlike Sliding Dash), so the name seems disingenuous.
Q: Is Terranort even possible to defeat with these restrictions?
A: I...don't actually know.
