This week NVIDIA released KickstartRT, a new SDK that enables you to add raytracing to your game (ray-traced reflections, shadows, ambient occlusion and global illumination) without nearly as much work, including no need to redo all your art and shaders. It is an open source project that works on Windows and Linux.

As a bonus we also talk about NVIDIA Donut, a rendering framework library I didn't know existed until today!
