My first attempt at Hell on Earth starting with a Perk near level 0; I wish I would've thought to try this right after resetting to 0, as it would've been a bit more impressive! I haven't tried with any other Perk, but I'm certain Berserker is the easiest one to do this with, due to his OP survivability.
I earn the level 5 skill by Wave 2 and leave it on Skirmisher (right). The 2 weapons I buy are Katana (Wave 2) and Eviscerator (Wave 3). I don't buy armor until the boss wave. I try to play it safe throughout (thus the latter weapon choice) since I only have 1 shot at this until the next Prestige is opened, even so there were times my health reaches the low 40s.
