I try holding a normally bad spot in biotics lab.

If you run LLRLR skills + a Zwei you are the Grinder. It focus's on power and tankiness. Because you are so slow you can't waste mobility on dodging blugeon and slashing attacks. Parry is a must more Power and durability. Parry makes you resist ALL damage by 55%. Resistance's 35% damage resistance to slashing and bludgeon just isn't enough. And Parry has that bonus damage which is nice for big zeds.

This build is most effective in a small room with high spawn intensity. The small room makes up for the mobility issues and the spawn intensity keeps you healthy via Vamp.

I use the Infinte parry trick, but you really don't need to. You should always be hugging a horde of Zeds so keeping your Parry activated shouldn't be an issue.

Ask teammates not to blow up or Fire the trash around you, because you will slowly be cut down without vamp sustain or a medic.

It's highly effective in the place I held, but not all maps have such a spot. Notice I killed nearly 1,000 zeds. You need such a spawn intensity to survive like that.

Parry synergizes well with Dreadnaught because you can't afford to waste mobility on dodging melee attacks

Resistance synergizes well with Skirmisher since you can dodge melee attacks and you can enjoy the passive 55% damage resistance to Siren Screams and Bloat Bile.
