This trophy is a huge pain if you play the game as intended. But you can completely break the game luckily and make the trophy a joke. First off, when you spawn in a level, put down the moves as low as possible and press options to calibrate. Then stand up, I recommend that you stand on a chair or table so you will be even higher. Now, for the whole duration of the level hold the hands at your head level. This way there is no way zombies will hit you. If you need ammo or another gun, just lean down and quickly pick them up, I recommend that you do that while there are no zombies around.

The hardest part will be the house puzzle because the house is very buggy if you stand high. Try holding your hands so they are just below the ceiling and not clipping through. As you can see in the video (10:17), your head might clip through but getting hit in the head DOESN'T to void the trophy.

For the boss just walk around and try to avoid his attacks as normal, because I think he can still somehow hit you even in this method.
