Terrible run. This is not only a much worse run than the previous WR but it is even worse than my previous PB. The only reason this was WR is because I incorporated early Shego section 2 in Evil Lair which saves 3+ minutes. I managed to find a much more reliable way to do it so it is now fully viable for runs.

There were a ton of big mistakes in this run. I lost enormous chunks of time in certain levels due to a mix of movement going horribly wrong in areas, poor optimisation in certain areas, messing up skips and a bunch of bad unintentional deaths. I'm not 100% certain if sub 1 hour is possible but you can absolutely get close to it at the very least.
