This ranch is some of the best I’ve ever made at home!

Ranch ingredients:
* 3/4 cup of Sour Cream
* 1-2 tbsp buttermilk
* 1.5 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1-2 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tbsp mayo
* 1/4 cup Kimchi, minced
* Salt to taste

To make the ranch, just combine everything in a container and mix until everything is well combined. Taste and adjust for salt!

The chicken is easy, and the perfect pairing here! I made butterflied chicken drumsticks and seasoned them up with @DudesGourmet Korean seasoning.

To butterfly, just use a pairing knife and make a cut down to the bone from the largest part of the drumstick, down to the handle. Then use the knife to make a dew more cuts along the side of the bone to flatten out the chicken and open it up.

Grill them for about 8-10 mins total, or until the internal hits 160-165. Let them rest and continue to cook before serving!
