Dragon's Lair for the Sega CD is a home console port off the classic 1983 arcade game. However, it suffers from a downgrade in quality, as the Sega CD, though ambitious for its time, was still not capable of the full motion video it claimed to be, and so its appeal was limited.

The graphics in Dragon's Lair lacks in quality, but also several sequences from the original game have been removed from this edition; any sequences featuring scrolling camera movement (be it a single clip or a full stage) have been removed entirely. The rope sequence, and some intros to levels are absent altogether.

Still, the game is fun, though as you can see, with no deaths, can be completed in less than 15 minutes.
