Quest: Infernal Dream
Given by: Johanka, Sasau Monastery
Requirement: Completion of In God's Hands and Pestilence is needed before starting this DLC
Items needed: A torch; stealth or combat gear/potions, depending on preferred approach
Objective: Drop the bandit (dead or alive) down the mineshaft
The first quest in The Madonna of Sasau questline has Henry investigate a cave in the Skalitz area. The aim of the trophy/achievement is to drop the 'soldier' you encounter into the mineshaft; the trophy should unlock as soon as you do this.
This can be done during a Merciful (no kills) playthrough, as dropping the living 'soldier' down the shaft doesn't count as a kill.
Alternatively, you can reload the game after obtaining the trophy, and ask Sir Radzig to deal with it once you've been given the objective to "Put an end to the murderer's reign of terror."
If that's not a concern then you're free to talk to the soldier and fight him.
