Kingdom Hearts FM [PS3] Playthrough #024, Traverse Town B (3/3): Boss: Opposite Armor
This is video #024 in my playthrough of Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, part of the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX. This video does not contain commentary. To view the commentary version, click here: http://youtu.be/O4z4xx0Z5CY
The party has made the Keyhole appear in Traverse Town's Second District by ringing the Gizmo Shop bell three times. After a little preparation, it is time to go back to face the Keyhole's guardian.
First, before entering the Second District, they talk with Cid again (time index 0:59). He runs a Gummi block business. He offers a freebie: a Comet-G.
Afterwards, the party heads north to the Second District (time index 2:04). When they approach the Keyhole, another Guard Armor appears.
However, when the Guard Armor collapses, something startling happens (time index 2:56). Its parts shift around, and it becomes the Opposite Armor. This thing is pretty lethal now. The first things to deal with are its new clamp-like hands. As it loses body parts, it will use its torso as a cannon to fire powerful bolts of energy. Guard will block the energy quite easily. There is just enough time after blocking its attacks to deal two or three blows.
After defeating the Opposite Armor, Goofy reaches Level 22 (time index 8:44). Sora learns the spell Aero, which is a protective spell. In the scene afterwards, Sora locks Traverse Town's Keyhole (time index 9:16). Afterwards, the party gets another Navi-G Piece.
The party takes the Navi-G Piece straight to Cid (time index 10:43). Unfortunately, there is another Navi-G Piece in the set, so Cid cannot install it yet.
On another note, among his stock, Cid has a COM. 2 piece. This expands the available size for the Gummi Ship.
After restocking a little bit, the party returns to the Accessory Shop and reviews Traverse Town's Journal entries (time index 12:41).
Thank you for watching!
