3This game was released for IBM Personal Computers and compatibles running MS-DOS.
This ASCII based game runs fantastically on the slowest pc that was ever released, the 1.7MHz 8086. For it to run properly in dosbox, you have to set the cycles down to 240.
It's a very colorful game, and very enjoyable too. Very definitely an action game, and definitely not rouge-like like I was suspecting before playing this game for the first time. It is kind of really sad that I only got to play this game as an adult, and never even knew of its existence way back in the 80's and 90's.
Anyways, a really fun game to play, and highly recommended.!
