The penultimate House of Valor quest begins with a request from Tyr Magnus to meet him behind the market. He's obviously not to be trusted so could this be another of his schemes?

Completing this quest raises me to level 35 and means I can finally acquire some top tier sorcery abilities. I also unlock the next tier of finesse though won't be getting the abilities till the next level.
