Elias Hurk is one of the scouts I was searching for in the "Eyes and Ears" quest and he happens to have a quest of his own to dish out. He asks you to go into the nearby Shattertier Mine and defeat Deadeye, who is a Tuatha archer assassin and has claimed the lives of many Alfar soldiers. Apparently her bow is legendary though it's not a patch on mine so gets sold at the first opportunity. I actually make two stupid mistakes whilst at the merchant in Mel Senshir. I accidently buy an expensive amulet I don't want and I sell the Heartstone amulet, thinking it was just a buff item. It turns out the Heartstone is a key required for progression in the House of Sorrows quests, so I had to buy it back again. Those two mistakes cost around 300, 000 gold, ouch. I couldn't be bothered to reload, I had so much gold I just took the loss and moved on. Ultimately it made no difference as I was never in want of gold for the remainder of the game.
