This side quest is easy to miss as it's not marked on the map. You have to find the Flame of Rhyderk cairn laying on the ground in the House of Ballads and insert it into the nearby Echostone. That will let you start the quest, you have to find and forge the Flame of Rhyderk, it's a greatsword.

Afterwards I visit Ysa and take a dive into the previously unexplored mini dungeon Den of Night before picking up another side quest.
