In the last quest I liberated Castle Seawatch and with the Ansilla family not around it now belongs to me. The problem is that it's in an extreme state of disrepair but luckily servant Bryn Elgar is a dab hand at interior decorating and home maintenance. Whilst I'm out recruiting staff for the castle he fixes the place up and by the time the quest is over I'm left with one of the biggest and grandest homes in the game. The in-house merchant offers some of the best buying prices, there's a fully stocked reagent garden and a full suite of crafting facilities, even though they are spread quite far apart.
