Kirby goes through the rest of Natural Plains to save the Waddle Dees, and the courses he goes through are a road filled with rocks, and he stops by the mall, where the first boss fight takes place at, as well as finding his way around it.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Course 4 is Rocky Rollin' Road, and this introduces a new Copy Ability, Ranger Kirby, which is all about range, you can hold down B to fire a more powerful projectile, and you can lock onto enemies that way. There are some targets throughout the course, and that is where the Ranger Ability comes in, and the dog-like enemy is called Bernard, that is where you get the Ranger Ability from. For tasks, there is eating snacks on 3 tree stumps, finding the side road without going uphill, which means a secret path, and use Car Mouth without falling off the edge. At the end of the course, before saving the Waddle Dees, shoot the hidden target, and that takes you to the HAL Room, and you can get some figure capsules from them. When I did Kirby Star Allies, I went over how Masahiro Sakurai worked for HAL, he no longer works for HAL, I didn't even know this back then, which could explain why the Super Smash Bros. series tends have most of the representation from games like Kirby Super Star, which Sakurai worked on, and not on any of the more recent games.
The next course is A Trip to Alivel Mall, and you can get Needle at the start from Needlous, but you can get it from the Jabhog in Rocky Rollin' Road. For tasks, you have to eat four doughnuts, eat an Invincible Candy, where you can turn invincible, but you don't get any 1-Ups, as this game does not have lives, when you lose all of your health, you lose 100 Star Coins, this is a bit like Super Mario Odyssey in most ways.
This course does have some conveyor belts, and this course has Storage Mouth, where you can pull the lockers down to uncover secrets, including where you have to go when going through the mall, and the storage room. There is a variant called Bolted-Storage Mouth where you take down an entire wall near the end of the course. There is a mid-boss fight against Wild Frosty, a variant of Mr. Frosty, and I find that he is weak to Fire, and you do get the Ice Ability from beating Wild Frosty.
As for the paths you have to explore, the first is the hamburger sign, and the second is the cake sign that is opposite to the ice cream sign, and using Storage Mouth can help give you hints.
After that is The Brawl at the Mall, and this is the first boss fight in the game, and you do get to pick three power-ups, Ice is the most recommended.
The first boss is Gorimondo, and you do fight in the demo version, he is large, his title is Strong-Armed Beast, and he attacks by swiping his arm, and he can grab Kirby. When you are away, Gorimondo can throw boulders, when his HP is below half, he uses the Tornado Spin, keep your distance when he is using that. Ice is really good, as you can freeze Gorimondo and deal some huge damage to him. The tasks are to slip through his legs, this can be done with the Ice Ability, and other tasks are defeating him in under two minutes and without taking any damage, and one task is to defeat him with the Sword ability.
I do show off the Treasure Road Challenges for Fire, Ranger, and Ice. When you return back to Waddle Dee Town, you will unlock Waddle Dee's Shop, where you can evolve your Copy Abilities, and you can practice your moves on Mr. Sandbag, and you can find Blueprints hidden in courses, which you can use to unlock evolved Copy Abilities. There is the Gotcha Machine Alley, where you can get figures with the Gotcha Machine. For evolved Copy Abilities, you can get Chakram Cutter, which has better Rapid-Fire, and you toss two boomerangs and you can hold B to power it up. Volcano Fire is an improved version of Fire, you shoot fireballs to damage enemies, and you can launch yourself with the Jump Attack. They do require Star Coins and Rare Stones, you can get Rare Stones from the Treasure Road Challenges.
