Go Ninja Go Ninja Go belongs to Vanilla Ice, not me. My plans are not at all to profit money wise off of this, but to alleviate some frustrations I'll talk about soon enough.

When Kirby asked if he was seen, Kirby reveals that of course not, because he practices Ninjitsu, the art of invisibility. Yes he does practice the art of invisibility. That is why "Ninja Rap Is Born." Kirby, practice...harder! Ten flips now! And remember: go, ninja, go, ninja, go!

Enough funnies. Here's Revenge of Meta Knight Chapter 7 DS version under the following conditions:
-Ninja the entire way through pretty much
-No damage
-No helpers
-No midair jumps until Meta Knight
-No more than 4 consecutive midair jumps when fighting Meta Knight

If you're wondering why I'm doing this, I was watching a KSSU LP doing things under given rules. I will say the guy's tribute to SSB with his rules is welcome and well-intended, the problem is when he doesn't consider BASIC MOVES. There were moments during the latest part of his LP where I was screaming at him to SLIDE. A FREAKING BASIC MOVE HE DIDN'T BAN OR EVEN RESTRICT. So here I am doing the challenge to prove that Ninja is very usable.

Of course, the Magical Sweepers are dealt with by memorization, but I beleive they can be defeated without doing so, as long as you know what they can do. Wall Cling can be annoying, but if you chose Ninja, you do have Ninja Kick (Down + Attack off the ground) to cut some of the problems with it. Particularly both 4 Star Blocks segments, since you can Drop Kick at the right height to kick through the front Star Blocks and be safely in front of the back ones. Anybody who does this segment with solo Ninja, just be glad you're not doing this with Stone. Good GOD Stone.

Handling the Meta-Knights efficiently is where Ninja really shines, as Quad Shock 1HKs whichever one gets directly attacked and has swarm control. You can use this to destroy all of the enemies of the left spawn point before getting too threatened by the starting Mace Knight's shenanigans and have plenty of space to clean up the rest and get those Javelin Knights under control. Even Yo-Yo has to think more actively in this regard. Kunai also helps, as I use it to keep an Axe Knight under control while obliterating the other M-Ks. Also, watch out for the Trident Knights when they spawn, because when they do, they'll slowly descend toward your position.

Meta Knight himself is where Ninja gets really tricky. Theoretically, you can camp him with Kunais, but when you mix that with Mercy Invincibility, that's going to take all day. The fight is practically akin to boxing where you have to stay still and sneak in small, quick hits where you can until Meta Knight attacks and exposes himself to the bigger blows. Sliding can get you away against a jump attack, but it will leave you with attack paralysis too strong to allow for active punishment. Also, watch Meta Knight's health carefully, because his Turns Red phase will spike his attack frequency with no other warning. Oh yeah, and I don't recommend trying to Quad Shock against an attack that leaves behind ammo, because Air Drop can be done accidentally and it is God awful against Meta Knight.

Honestly, I'd have liked to have seen how KSS abilities, with the equivalent scaling, would have fared against Dark Meta Knight in Amazing Mirror:

I suspect burst damage would be useful just to actually hurt him admist all the more active evasion needing to be done.
