With two ships parts restored, Kirby travels to the next world, this one is Onion Ocean, this is the water-themed world of this game. Some of the courses take place on a beach, and there are some Energy Spheres to pick up that require different types of abilities.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Onion Ocean is the third world, and Stage 1 introduces the Spear Ability, Bandana Waddle Dee's playstyle is based on the Spear Ability, and this is also the first course where you would get the Mecha Ability, the enemy is called Armoroid, that is the Japanese name for that enemy, where its name is not confirmed for the rest of the world. There is the rope to cross to the other side, while there are hazards like spikes and Shotzos to watch out for. The next area makes use of the Parasol Ability to float down, and there are some Parasol Waddle Dees, but sometimes you can find a Parasol Waddle Doo, and after a bunch more areas and an introduction to the Spear Ability, you can use that to attack the Bomb Block that is guarded by a Gordo, and this one leads to the Energy Sphere, which requires a key and platforming. Then we find a Super Chilly, which gives the Snow Bowl Super Ability, which lets Kirby turn into a large snowball and roll into enemies, and destroying the sandcastle open a rift to Another Dimension, where you head down by pressing switches and going through the water sections while avoiding Gordos. Then another Sphere Doomer fight, and you can pick up Sword or Tornado to take on the boss to get two Energy Spheres and then finish the course.
Stage 2 starts out underwater, and you can use abilities like Sword or Spear while underwater, and the Water Ability increases the power of your water attack. Then after that, this level does introduce the Crash Ability, which has been around since Kirby's Adventure, and it is very powerful, but it is a one use ability, and this is our first time fighting Kibble Blade, a larger Sir Kibble, but as a mid-boss, and you will need the Cutter Ability for the first Energy Sphere when cutting the rope platform and then going underwater to get it. The second Energy Sphere requires the Spear Ability, as you will need that to hit the Bomb Blocks to remove them. Then we get the Stomper Boot, which can be used to jump on enemies and use them as platforms, and it can even pound down stakes, like the Hammer and Stone Abilities, and it is needed for the Energy Sphere where you have to use the Bronto Burts at platforms. The next area has Barbar eels, which can eat Kirby, and you have to try and move the control stick to escape, and this area is where the fourth Energy Sphere is.
Next is Stage 3, and this one has some waterfalls, and a cave where you hit the switch to move the platforms, but watch out for the spikes. There are some rooms where you press the switch and choose a path, one of them has items, and another has some enemies in there. Then time for another mid-boss, and it is against Moundo, and he gives the Stone Ability when defeated, which can be used to get through currents that you cannot otherwise go through. The second Energy Sphere has another of those choose a path switch area, you will want to hit the right switch to get it, and the final one makes use of Monster Flame following the wind-swept tunnel area, you can use Monster Flame to destroy the statues, and there is a Giant Flotzo, its name was taken from the Japanese guidebook for this game. It is hidden underneath a large ship, and you will need to time the attack to defeat it, and Another Dimension has a bunch of floating water formations with some enemies in there, and for the Sphere Doomer fight, the Copy Abilities you can pick up are Spear or Parasol, and you get two Energy Spheres for defeating the Sphere Doomer, and that is the end of the course.
