I used: Slowking, Cetitan, and Iron Jugulis
My Opponent used: Torkoal, Iron Leaves, and Walking Wake
Stadium: Naranja/Uva Academy
Battle BGM: Team Star Boss

This is the first online battle where I take on the two new Paradox Pokémon added in the update, and I did see my opponent had both Torkoal and Pincurchin, both to put the two new Paradox Pokémon to use, Torkoal to power up Walking Wake, but my opponent did have Roaring Moon which can also be powered up by the sun, while Pincurchin was there to give Iron Leaves the boost in power.
I test out the two Pokémon that I have been waiting to use on a team for a while, and it was from the moment I read about one of the moves, and that move is Chilly Reception, and they gave that to Slowking of all Pokémon. What Chilly Reception does is that when the Pokémon uses it, it creates a snowstorm and the Pokémon that used the move switches out, and with Slowking having access to Regenerator, it can heal off 33% of the damage after using the move.
It did take a while because I kept going up against Pokémon that were a threat to Slowking, and I had some where Cetitan, the main Pokémon for that strategy, was getting taken out in two hits, which was why I did not give Belly Drum to Cetitan, because it is a very risky strategy if a Pokémon cannot even take more than two hits. Cetitan does have a massive HP stat, but its defensive stats aren't that great. The moves I have on Cetitan are Ice Spinner for its main Ice-type move, Liquidation and Earthquake for type coverage, and Ice Shard for priority, Cetitan has the Water Tera Type so that it gives her an advantage against Fire-type Pokémon, while Slowking if ever it came down to her, has the Fire Tera Type to handle Grass and Steel-type Pokémon. I went with the Assault Vest on Cetitan to ensure she can withstand at least one Special move, and she does have Slush Rush, which was the main reason I put Cetitan on the team, and why I have been waiting to use Slowking in an online battle to show that it got a signature move in this game.
As with my opponent's team, I did like the Torkoal lead, but as Slowking can remove the sun with Chilly Reception, this can turn around my opponent's strategy, and I did read that Walking Wake will very likely get banned in the competitive scene, Water/Dragon is a very powerful offensive type combo, not many Pokémon resist those two types, and it can learn Flamethrower to take on Steel-type Pokémon, the only Pokémon that resist those three moves is Azumarill, and even that is at risk of taking a huge hit from Walking Wake's Hydro Steam when the sun is active. If you are wondering about Iron Leaves, I am expecting it to at least be in UU or RU, because its type combo of Grass/Psychic is one of the worse type combinations defensively, it is weak to a lot of types, and it is 4x weak to Bug, and U-turn is a really popular move in competitive battling, and if it is up against a Pokémon that knows First Impression, like Lokix or Slither Wing, Iron Leaves is not going to last a turn against them, while Psyblade in Electric Terrain does deal huge damage, and it might see play in OU, I am predicting it to be in the UU tier.
