Knights Contract - skip half of Episode 3 (v1)
8By using "phasing" and dropping down through the mountain to the caverns below, you skip the first half of the level entirely. The big Trent fight has to be activated afterwards to get Gretchen to teleport in the caverns as well.
It seems this wall breach can sometimes be pretty inconsistent. Positioning is important: if you do the trick from too right, you can't breach the wall. Conversely, if you do the trick from too left, it's easy to fall completely out of bounds and get a game over.
If you played Episode 3 normally, you'd have to fight 6 (fairly short) fights and rescue Minukelsus too before you get access to the cavern, so skipping all this stuff is a several minutes time save at least. And speaking of Minukelsus, if you do this skip on New Game, you might permanently miss out on one of the magics by doing this, but I haven't tried it out.
