One thing that I noticed while playing KOTOR is that the Cure, Stun, Stun Droid, and Force Push are the 4 light/neutral force powers that can make use of a high WIS & CHA score and with the exception of the final power in the Stun tree, Stasis Field, they are all able to be used with armor. With that in mind it's best to split the caster role in two. For one Jedi character, our player character, he will use the control abilities and armor. This character doesn't do damage, because he has no Strength or Dexterity, so it's best to have him focus on casting and put all feats into defensive talents like Dueling and Toughness. In this way he can be something of a Tank as well as a Controller, making for a very effective Support Character to build the team around.

The other Jedi, Bastila in this case, will be able to use Force Valor, Force Armor and Burst of Speed. Since Bastila doesn't require Wisdom and Charisma for these powers we can put all her attributes into Dexterity. A Dexterity focused Jedi with Burst of Speed is actually the highest non-sneak attack DPS possible in the game. So we'll equip two blasters on Bastila, Carth's Blaster and the Sith Assassin Pistol, and turn her into an effective ranged DPS while also providing the support skills that the armored Jedi lacks, such as Force Valor.

The final party member is Mission, whose job is to do sneak attacks to the enemies being held by stasis. Her sneak attack damage is signficiant even in the early game. Have her focus on Strength and put feats into Two Weapon Fighting and have her use two melee swords to ensure she gets sneak attacks. Increase her damage with Strength enhancing gear to increase her attack score and damage.
