This is me in The King of Fighters 2000 on a NEOGEO CMVS playing the viewer-requested team of K' (B color), Kyo (A color), Benimaru (C+D color), and Kaoru. Lilly was also suggested as a striker, but her thing is adding to the power meter, and I play with power meters turned off, so that wouldn't have done much. ; )
This went really well! : o I'm not great with them, but K' and Kyo are such strong characters that you don't really have to be that good with them to do all right, and Kaoru ended up being a very effective striker. : )
Benimaru fans may be disappointed at first that their man doesn't show--because K' (I'm really not a fan of his blue B-color jump suit : p) and Kyo are so strong, Benimaru didn't even get a lick in until the boss fight!
But boy, did he pay off there; Zero countered everything I tried with K', and my Kyo couldn't lay a glove on him--so it was all up to Benimaru, and Kaoru--thankfully I had hoarded my striker bombs. I still feel like I don't quite get how Benimaru is supposed to work, so I thought I was doomed, but Kaoru got some good hits in, and it seemed like almost every one of Benimaru's kicks with his long legs managed to connect! So, man! What a battle that was! = o : D
