I Have Been to South Korea and My Wife is from Daejeon Korea.
Korean Peoples Can's Speck English Much than You Need to Learn Korean Language But On the Other Hand Programming Skills are in Huge Demand Like for PHP Web Developers Jobs in South Korea.
I Will Say Learn Any Programming Language Like PHP , C++ or Java and than Move to South Korea and Than Join Korean Language Course Which is a 10 Weeks Course, 5 Days Per Week and 9am to 1pm (4 Hours Per Day).
South Korea Need a Lot of Java Developers , JSP Developers , C++ Developers and PHP Developers.
