Why Disk Usage is 100% in Task Manager ?

Hey Jimmy, I'm on a standard WD Caviar Blue 1TB drive, and using Windows 8.1 With update 1. When I launch task manager, it says my disk usage is 100% or really high, just on idle without cause or anything. I've got 8GB RAM and a FX6300 processor, can you help? Great video.

My Answer is, There Can be 2 Reason Why it is Happening, First Can Be a a Virus Running in Background and Reason Can Be a Utility Running Which is Writing and Read on the Hard Drive Which Show 100% Usage in the Windows 8.1 Task Manger.

Go to Windows Task Manger and Go to Startup Tab and See What is Running, Try to Disable and Monitor the Disk Writing.
You Need to Troubleshoot Whether it is a Virus or BackGround Running Utility.
