Most people who get tattoos put some thought in to it first. They typically have a meaning for the person. For example, my Grandfather liked to catfish so I have a tattoo of one in his memory. To anyone else, it's just a silly catfish. To me, it represents my childhood adventures with my Grandfather. Kurt Cobain was no different. The K logo on his arm derives from the logo for K Records. But the meaning for Kurt is something altogether different. As well, tattoo meanings can have more than one meaning and sometimes we tell different people different meanings.
