Flandre can be found back in the desert-stratum, but only after a lot of requirements have been met beforehand: They are the recruitment of Mokou and Kaguya, 60 achievements in your possession so that you get past the barrier, and finally, 300 Battle Points each on the 4 Scarlet Mansion inhabitants, so that the fight itself may even start. If all that wasn't enough, she's about on the same scale in difficulty as Yukari...
