Laptop screen replacement Lenovo Y40-70 Fix For Screen Flicker or No Backlight

So in this I go over how I permanently fixed the Lenovo Y40-70 Screen Flicker Problem.
The Screen I replaced the old one with is this one parted here N140HCA-EAB

If you note it specifically states that this monitor is compatible with the B140HAN01.2 which is the Stock bad monitor. Please don't get a replacement B140HAN01.2 it will just die again like the original.
So what I found out was that the Stock Screen the one that comes with this laptop has a defective Inverter. So instead of replacing it with the Original Screen I opted for an upgrade.
The screen that I replaced it with has a higher color quality, and is all around a better screen but it still uses the same adapter which allows it to function on this laptop just fine.
NOW PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW BEFORE APPLYING THE FIX.
There are two versions of the Lenovo Y40-70 a Touchscreen and a Non Touchscreen model. This monitor the one I linked is for the NON-Touchscreen unit. If you try to put this one in the Touchscreen model it will not work. There are other monitors that are compatible with this unit that do have touch screen functionality I just don't have a list of them. It needs to be the right size, use the same 30 pin connector and have the same 1920x1080 resolution.
