There's a minor bug which has persisted through all of Baldur's Gate 3 patch lifecycle. As of Dec 2 2023 patch, it's still an issue...while you are editing a character, if you press escape, the camera will move across to the left, and it will stay there, even if after you resume the Editing screen. If you press 'Edit Appearance', the camera will revert back to it's intended place. Tiny bug, but sometimes annoying nonetheless.
