Here’s a fix 👇

Start cross-legged.
Rotate your trunk, put weight through your arms.
Exhale and gently draw your belly in before and during the push-up.
Try not to hold your breath or fling yourself up with momentum.

This helps control downward pressure—especially if you’re dealing with prolapse or leaking.

It’s not just about getting up—it’s about building strength through real life.
