Alright so... We found this console command where we can put down fences. So we barricaded the whole place with police fences.

Cheats (During Gameplay) :

Sv_cheat 1

Bind "L" "prop_dynamic_create props_street/police_barricade2.dml"

Bind "K" "ent_remove"

Bind "J" "ent_rotate"

After you type and enter all this in the console(during gameplay). Press "L" to spawn fences, press "K" to remove object/entity (Be careful about this one because you can also remove players). Press "J" to rotate object/entity.
