LEFT 4 DEAD 2 VR MOD is finally happening! // Quest 2 Airlink Gameplay
1,410A Left 4 Dead VR mod has been high up on my list of most wanted VR experiences for quite some time, I actually tried to play Left 4 Dead 2 VR using Vorpx a long time ago on this channel and although it was fun it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Fast forward to now and we have a brand new VR mod that is attempting to turn Left 4 Dead 2 VR into a reality, with full motion controls, 6DOF, 3D visuals and all the commands mapped to VR controllers this could be the VR mod I've been dreaming of... but it still needs a lot of work! Currently the Left 4 Dead 2 VR mod is lacking a few key things, multiplayer support technically works but use of the mod could result in a VAC ban so disabling the online portion of the game is the safest course of action right now. The mod also doesn't support stick turning meaning you'll need to physically turn (or spin in a swivel chair) to get through the game. However it shows HUGE promise & I hope the creators continue to fine tune this one...

It's not known whether you will or will not be banned for using this VR mod so I'd say it's best to play single player using the instructions on the download page for now, a life without online/multiplayer Left 4 Dead 2 as an option sounds too sad to risk. I captured this Left 4 Dead 2 VR gameplay using my Quest 2 and the typicaly Oculus Quest 2 Airlink setup I normally use, Left 4 Dead 2 VR requires a PC to run and will not play natively on the Quest 2.
