Today we're doing a leg workout from home to build some muscle β
What you'll need:
1. Place to work out (if you can do a push-up and jump without hitting your head, it's big enough)
2. Face towel/something similar (you're going to get sweaty)
3. Drinking water (you know what they say about the size of the water container)
4. Towel/Matt (you'll be standing on this bad boy, so it's going to get dirty)
5. Wall (one you can lean against)
