Welcome to the Lean Muscle Home Workout live stream!

Today we're doing a very special core and tricep workout! πŸ’ͺ

What you'll need:
1. Place to work out (if you can do a push-up and jump without hitting your head, it's big enough)
2. Face towel/something similar (you're going to get sweaty)
3. Drinking water (you know what they say about the size of the water container)
4. Towel/Matt (you'll be standing on this bad boy, so it's going to get dirty)
5. Two water bottles anywhere between 2L and 10L (you need to be able to pick them up with one hand)
