Leg Workout You Need to be Doing!
Welcome to the Lean Muscle Home Workout live stream! πͺ
Today we're doing the leg workout you need to be doing (at least once a week)! π
What you'll need:
1. Place to work out (if you can do a push-up and jump without hitting your head, it's big enough)
2. Face towel/something similar (you're going to get sweaty)
3. Drinking water (you know what they say about the size of the water container)
4. Towel/Matt (you'll be standing on this bad boy, so it's going to get dirty)
5. A water bottle anywhere between 2L and 10L (you need to be able to hold it up with both hands for at least 30s)
