Doing what I said I would do and getting the last two link navi's, then finally able to do some job requests to get a rank up to do even more requests and make the ACDC crew wait for me. Of course when visiting our friends navis get taken hostage again and this leads to being Megaknapped again.

So Megaman goes beast mode in a copy bot, scares people, Iris helps somehow, we have to then find Megaman with a train and run him over with it... and then fight Colonel.
