Technical:
Upscaled and frame interpolated to 1080p, ~59.94FPS.
Enhanced with the Proteus chain and frame interpolated with Chrono. Params were 33,12,8,20,1,-56 and seemed mostly stable throughout. Since the material is already of medium quality (640x480) we avoided much emphasis on detail recovery as that would introduce new artifacts. Instead, here the focus is on reverting compression, which seemed to fare well. Lastly, some color spill reversion was applied to get a more livid result. Hope you like it!
