Legend of Spyro TEN Console - Boss Guide Part 4
Wow, it's been a few days since I last subbed a vid. I've basically had to take it easy after a visit to the dentist earlier this week, but that's for another video and another time.
Anyway, part 4 of the boss guide takes us through to the bosses of the Celestial Temple. Everyone should know that inside the temple itself are four sub-temples representing elements that Spyro has learnt throughout the game, and at the end there are separate spirits waiting to challenge him. To cap it off, once all that's done, an Elemental Dragon waits in ambush to make its assault as the big boss of the stage.
When I look back at it, I am so proud of what I did with the Fire and Earth spirits (most ESPECIALLY the latter!). Mind you, the leniancy behind the pairs of spirits there would go to show that just about anyone could be able to overcome them to some degree.
The Ice Spirit was a little tricky to juggle stuff you shouldn't do and stuff you should due to there not being many key ways to land as massive damage as the other two spirits but I think I managed to demonstrate a good method there for anyone to end up dealing with. The Electric Spirit is very similar in that approach, expect it probably has less defense to it and I kind of chickened out from using the carrot top move to worry that I'd fall from the platform for some reason (yes, I used it at the Elemental Dragon but that's namely because the arena looks a bit bigger).
There were numerous occasions in my fighting of the Elemental Dragon when I got her to show vulnerabilities against a select few breaths but unable to show any prior ones, so that meant sacrificing myself and starting again. In the end, I found myself finally fighting her the quick way and montaging her vulnerabilities together; she'd turn to a very pathetic boss if she somehow spurts the same color as your most powerful breath(s) at that point.
And yeah, I can't help but sneak in my piano arrangement of This Broken Soul somewhere near the end. That scene needed something. :p
Still, thanks for all remarks on the vid if you send any through. Hopefully I'll be back soon with part 5, covering the final stages of the game - the Mountain of Malefor!
Cheers :)
